These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the WAVe platform. By using our services, you accept these terms.
Usage Rights
The content published on this platform is protected by copyright. Reproduction, processing, distribution, and any kind of exploitation requires the written consent of WAVe International.
User Accounts
A user account is required for certain functions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
User Content
You retain the rights to your content but grant WAVe a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
Liability
WAVe is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
WAVe reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform and take effect upon publication.
Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
